1. The service

My Trade Leads provides a lead generation tool for tradespeople. We search publicly available social media posts and use AI to identify posts from people looking for trade services. These are presented to you as leads which you can choose to reveal using credits.

2. No guarantee of leads

We search social media on your behalf but cannot guarantee the quantity, quality, or relevance of leads found. The availability of leads depends on what people are publicly posting in your area. A search that returns zero leads is a valid outcome.

3. Credits

• Credits are purchased in packs and used to reveal individual leads.
• Credits do not expire.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
• We may offer free credits for new accounts or promotions at our discretion.
• 1 credit reveals 1 lead (the full post text, author name, and link to the original post).

4. What you get

When you reveal a lead, you receive the publicly posted text, the name of the person who posted it, the date it was posted, and a link to the original post. What you do with that information is your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to people.
• Resell or redistribute leads obtained from the service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Lead accuracy

Leads are identified using AI and may not always be accurate. A "strong lead" rating is our AI's assessment, not a guarantee that the person will hire you. Some leads may be outdated, already fulfilled, or misclassified. We are not liable for leads that do not convert.

7. Social media data

All leads are sourced from publicly visible social media posts. We do not access private groups or private profiles. The availability and accuracy of this data depends on third-party platforms. If these platforms change in ways that affect our service, we are not liable.

8. Payments

• All payments are processed by Stripe in GBP.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• You will receive an email receipt from Stripe for each purchase.

9. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits on a terminated account are forfeited unless the termination was our fault.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
